The chauffeur will be in a grey suit and chauffeur hat (as depicted on this web site). There will be white ribbons on the Mercedes-Benz (not on door handles), and a bouquet of white roses and orchids in the rear window. The vehicle will be immaculate.
Private Hire
All private hire will be priced at the time of booking based on date, time, distance and type of booking. Daily rates £299.00 per day (daily rate includes 8 hours and 100 miles per day) set from Canterbury. Prices can be set at an agreed fixed price at the time of booking but extras will still apply in all cases. Extras on quoted prices : Hourly Rate £30.00 per hour (applies to all types of hire), Waiting Time £30.00 per hour, Mileage Rates £1.75 per mile (short trips £2.00 per mile) - mileages set at base back to base.
Some jobs carried out between midnight and 7am may carry a surcharge.

Minimum Charge £60.00.
All toll charges, parking fees, driver's sustenance and accommodation are charged additionally on all bookings including fixed price bookings.
A deposit of 25% (minimum £60.00) is required to confirm and validate all bookings. Balance payable on all set charge bookings 14 days in advance. Those booked on the day or within 14 days advance payment time are payable before the start of the chauffeur run in cash (to include any extras if necessary payable at the end of the chauffeur run).
If you just want your photo taken in or by a Mercedes-Benz for adverts, special occasions or just the family album then call us for an appointment! Minimum charge £50.00 per hour. All photos must be taken at or local to our premises (Canterbury). Special charges for supplying uniformed chauffeur in these photos or off premises photos.
All prices are subject to VAT. All cheques to be made payable to T Moxley & Son.
We are based at Canterbury for charging 'base to base'.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation not less than 48 hours prior will result in a 50% refund of the estimated charge (less VAT)
